Q. How can I display IP address of client computers under "Normal View" in eScan Management Console?

Solution:

1. Open eScan Management Console >> Go to Services, click on "Stop Announcement' and then shutdown the eScan management console.
2. Go to C:\Program Files\eScan, open eupdate.ini >> Enter the following entry under [config] >> IpOnly=1 >> Save the changes.
3. Rename the file DmainLst.ini to DmainLst.iniold
4. Delete all the folders under C:\PUB\LOG
5. Go to Start >> Programs>>eScan for Windows >> eScan Server >> Start the server announcement

Once the eScan clients take the updates from the eScan server, the computers will be displayed as per their IP address under "Normal View"
