Q. How can I schedule check disk in windows.

Solution:

  1. Open My Computer.
  2. Select the Hard disk Partition on which eScan is installed.
  3. Right click on it and go in properties.
  4. Go in Tools->Error Checking and click on check now.
  5. If you see advanced options as (a) Automatically Fix File system errors then make check on it.
  6. Click on Start. It will start a checkdisk utility or schedule it next time system restarts.
  7. Restart the computer and then let the checkdisk complete.

NOTE: Also you can schedule the same through command line. For this please refer this link.
