 Q. How does the Whitelisting technology work? Solution: Answer: Anti-Spam maintains a list of allowed domain names or e-mail addresses that can bypass the spam filtering options. The Whitelisting technology allows e-mails from senders, whose e-mail address or domain name is in the whitelist, to be downloaded to the recipient’s inbox and prevents them from being blocked.
