eScan - FAQ's
Q. After installing eScan, we are not able to access the shared drives/folders/printers, when am trying to access the network shares, it asks for a password. What could be the problem? Solution: A: Either set the Administrator passwords on the machine. You will have to enter the username and password once after the machine is rebooted. or
