Q. After applying the eScan License Key, the "Invalid License Key" message pops up
A. The above message could be for any of the below reasons:
- Length of standard key or activation code is not equal to 37.
- After decoding standard key if number of months is greater than 120 .i.e. 10 yrs.
- eScan ISS key has been issued and user enters eScan for Antivirus key .i.e.different product.
- Client is registering online and he has an invalid standard key.
- Unable to decode the key.
- Key has expired.
