Q. Is there a possibility of the application timing out when eScan is doing the scanning?
A. We have implemented a variety of methods to ensure that the eScan application is "kept alive" when it is receiving and processing emails.
This has been extensively tested internally with many different popular and common applications.
Should a time-out problem occur with a particular application, please contact us immediately so that we may investigate ASAP.
