Q. I have installed eScan on my Windows 2000 computer. When I login as an Administrator, everything works fine. But if I login as an ordinary user, my mails & web stop working! What could be the problem?
A. Please give full rights to everyone for the eScan folder and read access to the WINNT\System32 folder. This should resolve the issue.
