Q. I have installed eScan on my Windows 2000 computer. When I login as an Administrator, everything works fine. But if I login as an ordinary user, my mails & web stop working! What could be the problem? A. Please give full rights to everyone for the eScan folder and read access to the WINNT\System32 folder.
