Q. When I am trying to scan my system it gives error in all files “ERROR!!! Unable to get Database Info.. return 8004025d”?
Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest updates after installing eScan. If this doesn't resolve the problem, Please download the latest MWAV toolkit from the below link: and execute the toolkit.
