Q. On eScan Clients, I want to change the Mail-Server IP number to which warning messages should be sent. How do I do it from the eScan Server? A. Run eScan Content Administrator Click on Scanner Administration - Port Configuration (...) Put the desired SMTP address in the field "Warnings to SMTP Server" Save and exit out of eScan Content Administrator. Double-click on eScan Management Console (eServ) Click on Services - Deploy Rule-Sets. Click on MailScan Settings - Click on Deploy. When clients pull the update, it will take the Mail-Server IP to the SMTP Address that you have entered above. *Email us your feedback to solutions@mwti.net*
