How to debug eScan Monitor problem?
Solution:-
Go to Start > Run > and in the Open box type “regedit “and press enter.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroWorld\eScan for Windows\MwMonitor Value: Debug = 0 default value Change it to 1,
close the registry and then go to eScan installed folder (c:\program files\escan) through command prompt and run following commands
Reload /u - To unload the Monitor Reload /l - To load the Monitor.
These settings will write extensive logs, in monvir.log file located in c:\program files\escan\log folder.
