It might have happened, that eScan loaded MWTSP and MWNSP dlls while installation, which is causing this issue.
- Go to start > run > and type cmd
- Go to windows folder
- Type "inst_Tsp 2 2" and press enter ( without quotes )
- Type "inst_Tspx 2 2" and press enter ( without quotes )
- And then rename inst_Tsp.exe and inst_tspx.exe to some other extention.
- Reboot the system once.
