If eScan monitor is disabled or has a cross marked on the red shield Icon, which log files, need to be referred?
Solution:-
eScan Monitor is responsible to scan the files in real-time environment. It might be disabled for one of the following reasons. 1.If you do not have latest Service packs installed, for Microsoft windows operating system.
To check the pre-requisites before eScan installation. Please visit www.mwti.net for more details. 2.If updates/signatures are corrupt. This information will be logged in eScan.log file. To access eScan.log please refer to {Troubleshooting:- Where can I find eScan installation and uninstallation logs?}
3.If above two points are proper, please send us debuges.zip at support@mwti.net for further analysis.
