eScan - Troubleshooting
Q. In Windows 7 (64-bit OS) Action Center "eScan Corporate Version is ON but it is no longer supported by this Operating System. Please contact your vendor."
Solution:- To resolve this
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MicroWorld] and then delete below values "AVRegisteredWithWsc"=dword:00000001 "ASRegisteredWithWsc"=dword:00000001 3. Close the Regedit. 4. Reboot the system. This should resolve the problem.
