Description
This module provides you with links to online resources that will help you find solutions to your technical queries. When you click the Help link, the tabbed pane of ePC provides you with links to Live Support, ‘e Scan Online Help, and the MicroWorld Forum.
- A. Live Chat - This hyperlink helps you contact our 24 x 7 online Technical Support team via chat.
- B. ‘e Scan Online Help - This hyperlink opens the MicroWorld Wiki, which provides you with comprehensive information about the features of ‘e Scan.
- C. MicroWorld Forum - This hyperlink opens the MicroWorld Forum where you can join the ongoing discussions on ‘e Scan products.
