Q. I am unable to install eScan on my computer, which has NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager ?


Solution:

NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager installs a layer on the system, which causes conflict with eScan installation.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Un-install NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Re-install eScan
