Ans : It might have happened, that eScan loaded MWTSP and MWNSP dlls while installation, which is causing this issue. 1. Go to start > run > and type cmd 2. Go to windows folder 3. Type "inst_Tsp 2 2" and press enter ( without quotes ) 4. Type "inst_Tspx 2 2" and press enter ( without quotes ) 5. And then rename inst_Tsp.exe and inst_tspx.exe to some other extention. 6. Reboot the system once. This should resolve the problem. If this too doesn't resolve the problem please contact support@mwti.net.
