Possible causes:
1) System is turned off.
2) System is turned on, but behind firewall.
3) System is on other network, need to check routing.
4) System ports 445,137 & 139 might be blocked
5) System is turned on, but having issue with Ethernet card.
6) System is turned on, but unplugged from network.
