Q. After installing eScan v10 Corporate as a Client, all the options are greyed-out in the "eScan Protection Center".Why?



Solution:-

This is by-design. You need to deploy eScan Password from the eScan Server's Management Console, using the option "Deploy Rule-Sets".

Later on, when the password is successfully deployed and gets implemented on the eScan client systems, you may then be able to open eScan Protection Center by providing the password and then all the options can be accessed and can be configured accordingly.
