Q. While Saving the Excel (.xls) file to a File Server in the network it takes 10-15 seconds,which was slow, after installing eScan.



Solution:

  • Execute the espatch1.exe with /OplockAdd parameter
for eg. espatch1.exe /OplockAdd


Note: Follow this procedure on the File Server. For more information on Hotfix Command Line Parameters click here.
