Q. When I restart my computer, the dial-up connection settings in Internet Explorer (IE) reset to "Never dial a connection".


Solution:

  1. Open the eupdate.ini file from C:\Program Files\eScan folder
  2. Find the entry ResetIEAutoDial=1
  3. Change it to ResetIEAutoDial=0
  4. Save the file

Now the Dial-Up connection settings in IE will not reset after restarting the computer.
