Q. Redirection of http to https does not work when "Microsoft firewall" service is restarted and if "eScan remote support" or "teamviewer.exe" is running on the Microsoft ISA server.


Solution:

  1. Close the "eScan Remote Support" module or "teamviewer.exe"
  2. Restart the "Microsoft Firewall" service from services.msc on the Microsoft ISA server
