Following are the prerequisites, To start with the Training.:
Procedure to download and install LogMeIn Software to get remote connection of the system: Please click on the below mentioned link.

- 1. Click on "LogMeIn Pro".
- 2. Fill in the details to create an account.
- 3. Then click on the "Create Account" button.
- 4. Then click on "Add Computer". Then it will ask you to download the software.
- 5. Click on "Download Now". Click on "Save".
- 6. Then do the installation from the downloaded file.
- 7. Then you will be able to add your machine.
- 8. Then provide us with the email-id and the password of the created account.
- 9. Also provide us the name of the machine to be connected and the username and the password of the machine.
With these details will be able to connect to your machine with the username and the password provided. ( Customer or Dealer has to provide us the login credentials like username and password for logmein as well as system username and password if any )
