While Saving the Excel (.xls) file to a File Server in the network it takes 10-15 seconds,which was slow, after installing eScan.
Solution:
- Download the Hotfix (espatch1.exe) (click here to go to the Hotfix download link).
- Execute the espatch1.exe with /OplockAdd parameter
- for eg. espatch1.exe /OplockAdd
Note: Follow this procedure on the File Server.
