Problem: When CCTV is access through public IP using Browser it does not load camera view.


Solution: If Camera view is not loaded please follow the below step to check:

  1. Open Command prompt & go to c:\progra~1\escan directory
  2. rename owl.avs to owl.old
  3. Open mailscan.ini & search for the entry "IPIgnoreList" & insert the public IP used to open CCTV page, save & exit
  4. Run mailscan.exe from c:\progra~1\escan folder
  5. Restart the browser once.
  6. Start checking for the problem.

Note: If above step works out kindly forward the IP to qa@mwti.net for integrating it in the product.
