eScan - Troubleshooting
Q. When CCTV is access through public IP using Browser it does not load camera view.
Solution: If Camera view is not loaded please follow the below step to check:
- Open Command prompt & go to c:\progra~1\escan directory
- rename owl.avs to owl.old
- Open mailscan.ini & search for the entry "IPIgnoreList" & insert the public IP used to open CCTV page, save & exit
- Run mailscan.exe from c:\progra~1\escan folder
- Restart the browser once.
- Start checking for the problem.
Note: If above step works out kindly forward the IP to qa@mwti.net for integrating it in the product.
