Q. Why emails to a particular email-id (abc@localdomain.com) are getting quarantined by Mailscan. How do I exclude that email ID from content check? <B>Solution: If you get the emails to be quarantined due to content for a particular email account and the emails are genuine, we can add that email id in a white list for bypassing the content check.
