• This customer was reporting that when he attempted to start eScan on a Windows 95B machine, he was getting the error that the 'dciman32.dll file was either missing or corrupt'. We tried deleting this file and putting on a fresh copy from the Windows CAB files, also tried copying the file from another Win95 machine that was running eScan. But neither of these approaches worked! What should be tried?
