I see that the antispam automatically creates a Spam folder and e-mail rule in Outlook Express. What e-mail clients get this level of support?

I had a customer reporting that with eScan installed, his XP machine was constantly crashing (BSOD) with an error referencing avkfilt.sys.All other XP machines on the network, running the same version of eScan, were experiencing no problems! What could be the possible remedy?

This customer was reporting that when he attempted to start eScan on a Windows 95B machine, he was getting the error that the 'dciman32.dll file was either missing or corrupt'. We tried deleting this file and putting on a fresh copy from the Windows CAB files, also tried copying the file from another Win95 machine that was running eScan. But neither of these approaches worked! What should be tried?
